Ebisu no Zukin

As a devoted apprentice within Kakunojō's household, this character played a crucial, albeit tragic, role during the tumultuous Ansei Purges. When the household suffered a devastating fire, resulting in the murder of Kakunojō's parents by Hario Genba, this individual risked his life attempting to shield his master. He survived the ordeal, bearing severe burns that left him permanently masked and bandaged for the remainder of his life.
