Serving as the tyrannical Assistant Warden of Deadman Wonderland, this sadistic antagonist hides a ruthless nature behind a deceptively calm and seemingly dim-witted persona. Driven by a desire to succeed his dying father as the prison's supreme ruler, he conducts brutal experiments on prisoners to fund his research into the Branch of Sin. While he secretly collaborates with high-ranking government officials to create artificial Deadmen, he maintains a bizarre, unsettling obsession with playing with children's toys.
