Masaki Hinaoka

Raised in the coastal town of Ooarai, this dried-potato enthusiast found a new passion for surfing after befriending a transfer student named Shou. While his natural sense of balance allows him to excel on a surfboard, he struggles significantly with much simpler aquatic tasks. Despite his growing skills in the waves, he remains a total novice at swimming, often displaying a clumsy, corgi-like struggle whenever he attempts to tread water.
