King Siva

This dim-witted ruler commands a magical land where Mink, Dick Saucer, and Princess Vina live. The king's primary obsession is eliminating Mink, stemming from a past conflict involving Mink's father and a red dragon. He resorts to crude punishments and manipulation, often relying on others to achieve his goals. Despite his apparent foolishness, he is a formidable and ruthless adversary with extensive resources, determined to eliminate Mink for his own sake.
