Alpha A. Bate

He enjoys observing his friend Bernard Monsha's playful antics involving the young Gundam pilot, Kou Uraki. Although he isn't as confrontational as Bernard, he remains an interested spectator to his friend's various schemes and plots, taking a more passive role in their adventures.
