Kou Uraki

Driven by a lifelong ambition to join the Federation's military academy, this aspiring officer earned the rank of Ensign following his graduation. Upon being stationed at Torrington Base in Sydney, Australia, he found himself thrust into a dangerous role as a test pilot. Instead of operating standard machinery, he and his fellow pilots were used as live subjects to evaluate the Federation's most advanced new mobile suit technology.
