To avoid confrontation, he rarely removes his mask, preferring to gossip about his colleague in secret rather than face him directly. Although his partner, Mitsuo Kumatani, frequently exposes his private complaints, the trio maintains a surprising bond, often sharing drinks and frequenting Uramichi’s home despite the underlying tension and fear.
