Fumika Kitagou

Fumika Kitagou is a witch from Fuso and an officer in the Fuso Imperial Navy. A master of Kodoukan Kendo, she possesses exceptional swordsmanship developed through years of service. During the Fuso Sea Incident, she acted as a veteran commander leading specialized striker units, where she mentored ace witches including Mio Sakamoto, Junko Takei, and Tetsuko Wakamoto. After her military career, she moved to Maizuru to work as an assistant instructor at a kendo dojo.
