Yoichi Isagi

Yoichi Isagi, a 175cm high school sophomore from Saitama's Ichinan High, channels his childhood soccer idol Noel Noa, aiming to become the world's top striker. After leading his school team to defeat in the Prefectural Finals, Isagi joins the Blue Lock Project, ranking 299th among strikers, and is assigned to Team Z. With a laid-back yet affable personality, his innocent habits can be exasperating, but as the series progresses, Isagi grows more assertive, becoming Team Z's cornerstone and gaining the respect of fellow competitors.
