Seiu Higasa

A prominent figure during the Monster Season, this Naoetsu High student serves as the captain of the school's basketball team. Having previously acted as vice-captain alongside Suruga Kanbaru, she stepped into her leadership role following Suruga's retirement. As a close peer and teammate to Kanbaru, she often displays a blunt personality, even teasing her friend "Ruga" about poor academic performance. Though she initially appears in the background, her importance to the team grows significantly.
