Gabimaru

Gabimaru, a former elite shinobi assassin from Iwagakure, is known for his unflappable demeanor and calmness under pressure. Despite his stoic exterior, he harbors a deep love for his wife, Yui, which drives him to seek a peaceful life together. After being betrayed by his village and faced with execution, Gabimaru embraces an unexpected chance at redemption: participating in a dangerous mission to retrieve the Elixir of Life from Kotaku, in exchange for a pardon. Along this journey, he is assigned a monitor, Yamada Asaemon Sagiri, who finds him both challenging and intriguing.
