Ritsuka Uenoyama

Ritsuka Uenoyama is a 175 cm tall high school student and a central figure in the Given series. While he plays guitar with technical precision, his outward coolness hides a considerate nature. He shares a deep bond with his sister, Yayoi, and becomes intensely protective of those close to him, particularly Mafuyu. Though he can be quick-tempered and subtly smug when discussing theoretical subjects, Ritsuka possesses the intelligence to empathize deeply with the feelings of others.
