Beldia is a powerful general serving under the Devil King. As a headless Dullahan, he finds himself in constant conflict with Kazuma’s adventuring party, primarily due to his resentment toward Megumin. Her habit of using his own castle as a training ground for her Explosion magic has caused him significant frustration. This cycle of property damage has turned him into a bitter adversary driven by a grudge against the group's reckless magical outbursts.
