After being exiled from her village as a ritual sacrifice to the Devil King Greol, this young girl finds herself fleeing through a dark forest. Her terrifying encounter with the king is interrupted by the mysterious Hakuto Kunai, who effortlessly defeats the monster with a single blade. Though initially terrified by his power, she begins a journey alongside him, persistently misidentifying him as a "Demon Lord" despite his constant, failed attempts to correct her.
