Seitokaichou

Seitokaichou is an intelligent, bespectacled student leader whose true identity remains unknown. She rose to power following a surprisingly intimidating campaign speech. While she often appears timid, she frequently uses her authority to create bureaucratic obstacles for the Pastimers Club. Her relationship with the group is conflicted; she constantly struggles between her desire to undermine their activities and an underlying urge to form a genuine bond with the members.
