Akitaru Oubi

Akitaru Oubi is the captain of Special Fire Force Company 8. Standing 189 cm tall, he relies on his physical strength and an unconventional combat style rather than pyrokinesis to fight Infernals. He utilizes a variety of specialized weapons, including a steam-veiled axe and the Core Annihilating Pile Bunker, specifically designed to pierce enemy cores. His tendency to prioritize citizen safety over official protocol previously earned him two decorations, though both were later revoked.
