Often called "Leaky-Eye Luca" because of a permanent injury causing his right eye to tear, this Passione subordinate serves as an early antagonist to Giorno Giovanna. After attempting to swindle tourists, he clashes with Giorno, only to be defeated when Gold Experience’s power reflects his own attack. Following a devastating head injury that leaves him in a coma, his lifeless body is later manipulated by Bruno Bucciarati to psychologically torment Giorno.
