Sachio

Sachio comes from the impoverished Restricted Area, where he uses his talent for repairing and operating complex machinery to survive. He works with a close group of companions to orchestrate thefts of valuable goods. These stolen items are traded for "Red Candy," a dangerous local drug, as he deals with the harsh realities of life in his struggling community.
