Created when a Rotom inhabited an empty Pokédex, this AI-driven assistant possesses the unique ability to speak human language and constantly update its database. While it loyally follows Ash to document new Pokémon, its habit of getting too close to wild creatures often leads to unexpected attacks. Despite its intelligence, it lacks combat abilities and occasionally avoids being studied by Sophocles.
