Maomao

Maomao, a skilled apothecary with roots in the red light district, dedicates her life to serving those around her. Born and raised at Verdigris Hall, she learns from her mentor and father, Luomen, passing on her knowledge to the community. Her world turns upside down when she's kidnapped and sold into service at the imperial palace, where her inquisitive nature draws her into a web of palace intrigues that threaten the very nation.
