Rohan Kishibe

Rohan Kishibe is a charismatic yet cunning mangaka who enters the story as an initial antagonist. He controls people through his stand, Heaven's Door, making it impossible for Koichi and Toshizaku to attack him when they visit his home. By reading their memories, Rohan discovers the key characters of the narrative, including Josuke and Okuyasu, but only from Koichi's perspective. Driven by inspiration, he uses these characters as material for his manga, leading to a confrontation where Koichi is defeated and hospitalized. In later arcs, Rohan emerges as a wealthy Japanese owner of a Hawaii villa, battling against Jodio and his allies while safeguarding valuable diamonds and lava rocks.
