Kai Chisaki

Kai Chisaki, known as Overhaul, is the Yakuza Captain of the Shie Hassaikai. Standing 179 cm tall, he is an antisocial sociopath driven by a deep-seated mysophobia and a belief that Quirks are a plague responsible for humanity's decline. He uses his "Overhaul" ability to disassemble and rearrange matter, which allows him to both destroy objects and heal living beings. His ultimate goal is to eradicate Quirks to return the world to its pre-Quirk state and restore the yakuza's former dominance in society.
