Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is a member of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad, motivated by an obsession with Stain. While she often presents a cheerful exterior, her views on love and friendship are deeply sadistic. She utilizes her quirk, Transform, to mimic the appearance and voice of anyone whose blood she has consumed; a single cup allows her to maintain a disguise for up to 18 hours. This ability enables her to cycle through multiple identities as needed.
