Tsubaki Nakao

Serving as the talented pâtissier at Rokuhōdō, this introverted creator excels at crafting original desserts despite his crippling shyness around strangers. While he feels completely at ease with his colleagues, he often becomes flustered by praise. Driven by an intense passion for sugar, he frequently visits various cafes and buffets to refine his palate. Beyond managing the sweets menu, he acted as a mentor to Isago and enjoys playfully teasing Gure.
