As the revered "Child of Heaven," this young empress serves as the ceremonial heart of the Chinese Federation. Though she functions as a sacred symbol of national unity and divine sovereignty, her true political authority is nonexistent, as the High Ministry wields all actual governing power. Making her debut in the second season, she is currently engaged in diplomatic discussions with Kaguya Sumeragi just before the latter's departure for Area 11.
