PallaPalla

PallaPalla is the Magician of Balancing Balls and a member of the Quartet. She uses doll-themed magic and sphere-based attacks to overwhelm opponents. While she frequently speaks in the third person and has a childish, crybaby personality, she is unexpectedly clever and dangerous. Functioning as the Senshi counterpart to Sailor Mercury, she acts as one of Chibiusa's protectors. Depending on whether she is portrayed as the manga's second eldest sister or the anime's youngest, her unpredictable nature remains a constant threat.
