Elder Tatsumi

Elder Tatsumi represents the Dragon in the 12th Juuni Taisen. He fights in perfect unison with his identical twin brother, serving as the pair's strategic commander. While they share a physical likeness, he distinguishes himself through his arrogant use of the "ore-sama" pronoun. He carries the liquid nitrogen-filled "Yuki-onna" icethrower on his back to complement his brother’s flamethrower, though he considers his sibling's heat-based weaponry less practical during combat.
