Saguru Hakuba

Saguru Hakuba is a teenage detective who operates between Japan and England, possessing investigative skills that rival those of Heiji Hattori and Shinichi Kudo. His primary focus is the pursuit of Kaitou Kid, an obsession that occasionally leads him to use the thief as bait to capture dangerous assassins. Driven by a need for absolute precision, he tracks time down to the millisecond with a highly accurate pocket watch. While solving crimes is his profession, Hakuba is equally interested in uncovering the psychological motives driving every culprit.
