Elma Joui is a dragon from the Harmony faction who serves as an opposing ally to Tohru’s Chaos faction. Unable to return home, she has embraced life among humans. She frequently changes her appearance, wearing everything from professional business attire to casual clothing. Her standard look consists of short black hair, blue eyes, and a spiral horn that she can conceal at will. In her dragon form, she is a blue sea serpent with a powerful tail that functions as a trident, reflecting her water-dwelling abilities.
