Joou Nehellenia

Joou Nehellenia leads the Dead Moon Circus and acts as a dark reflection of Queen Serenity. Depending on the continuity, she is either a mirror image of the Moon Queen in the manga or a beauty-obsessed ruler in the anime, both driven by the goal to claim the Golden Crystal. After being sealed away by the Moon Stick during the Silver Millennium, she resurfaced centuries later during a solar eclipse, deploying her Lemure minions and nightmares to destroy Earth.
