Cyprine is the final member of the Witches 5 and exists in a dual state with Ptilol, who serves as an extension of her own power. A graduate of the Sorcery Class at Infinity Academy, she holds a high-ranking position and was specifically tasked by Kaolinite to protect the Sailor Senshi. Her abilities are immense, centered around a devastating finishing move called "Ribbon Buster.
