Otto Lilienthal

This charismatic figure, nicknamed the "Glider King," first appears when he steals a book from Yomiko in the Library of Congress. This act triggers a pursuit by the Library team to New York City, where Yomiko devises a massive paper airplane to challenge him to the skies. The ensuing aerial battle culminates with Yomiko and Nancy successfully using a paper grappling hook to send his glider crashing into the Statue of Liberty.
