Mio Tsukushi

This teleporter possesses unique abilities to vanish and reappear instantly, and can also create portals that bypass physical barriers. Outside of action, the character exhibits a humorous slowness in processing events, such as being oblivious to the effects of an airless room. Initially resistant to Kaoru's authority, who Mio views as a rival to her beloved Hyoubu, Mio eventually forms a genuine, though secretly guarded, friendship with Kaoru after joining the Children's class alongside other P.A.N.D.R.A. members.
