Samon Takamizawa

As the proprietor of Trattoria Samon, this character is the master chef and owner of the establishment where Tatsuya and his two children, Natsuki and Jin, find employment. He is known for being a fair and respectful boss to his staff. Samon holds a great admiration for Takeshi Takano's photography skills, even managing to obtain an autograph from him early in the series.
