Serving as the frail Regent of Romdo City, this elderly leader communicates indirectly through four specialized AutoReivs known as the Council. These stone-like figures, named after legendary philosophers like Lacan and Derrida, act as his proxy voices to manage the city's administration. While physically debilitated, he maintains significant political influence through this unique collective. Beyond his administrative role, he shares a deep familial connection to the protagonist, Re-l, serving as her grandfather.
