Tenma Ganzo

This formidable figure leads a band of outlaws responsible for the killing of Mikan's parents. Seeking revenge, he pursues Rushuna to the Peach Blossom Tower with the assistance of Banmaru Zoushi, aiming to demolish the structure. Following a confrontation where Rushuna prevails and Mikan shows mercy, he eventually allies with Touka to help restore the Peach Blossom Tower.
