Toshio Utsumi

Driven by a lifelong ambition to become a detective, this dedicated protagonist serves at Tokyo's Inunaki District Police Station. Although he has proposed to his high school sweetheart, Hitomi, he refuses to marry until the elusive Cat's Eye is finally caught. While his clumsy nature and stubborn clashes with his Chief can be problematic, his relentless persistence earns him respect.
